The price includes removal of all organic debris from the windows, like pollen, dust, and bird droppings. Hard water spots are mineral deposits and usually don't come off with a normal cleaning. If hard water spots, paint, silicone or similar are found during service, you will be notified and we will discuss window restoration options.
Canyon breezes and lake bugs
Evening air that drains down American Fork Canyon carries dust and pollen onto the glass, and mature trees on the older streets downtown add their own share every spring.
Homes here range from older brick houses near downtown to newer two story homes closer to the foothills. Older homes often have more, smaller panes, which is why my prices go by pane count instead of square feet.
Closer to the American Fork Boat Harbor and the lake, midges and spider webs collect on window frames through the warm months. Clearing that kind of organic debris is part of the price.
