The price includes removal of all organic debris from the windows, like pollen, dust, and bird droppings. Hard water spots are mineral deposits and usually don't come off with a normal cleaning. If hard water spots, paint, silicone or similar are found during service, you will be notified and we will discuss window restoration options.
East winds out of Provo Canyon
Strong east winds can pour out of Provo Canyon into east Orem, and they carry grit right onto east facing glass. Even a calm week leaves pollen and dust behind.
Much of Orem was built in the decades after World War II, so you will see plenty of ranch style and split level homes with wide picture windows, next to newer homes up on the east bench.
Whether you live near the SCERA Center, close to University Place or high on the bench, you get the same posted price for your home size and the same pure water clean.
