The price includes removal of all organic debris from the windows, like pollen, dust, and bird droppings. Hard water spots are mineral deposits and usually don't come off with a normal cleaning. If hard water spots, paint, silicone or similar are found during service, you will be notified and we will discuss window restoration options.
Big lots, big windows
More open ground around a house means more dust and pollen from fields and pastures, and it lands on the windows faster than most people expect.
Lindon has many custom homes with tall entry windows and bay windows. Each piece of glass counts as one pane, and the pane counting guide walks you through it so you can pick your price in about a minute.
Large lawns take a lot of sprinkler water, and Utah County water is hard, so overspray can leave white spots on the lower panes. Hard water stain removal is a separate add-on. If spots don't come off, I'll text you a photo and a quote first.
