The price includes removal of all organic debris from the windows, like pollen, dust, and bird droppings. Hard water spots are mineral deposits and usually don't come off with a normal cleaning. If hard water spots, paint, silicone or similar are found during service, you will be notified and we will discuss window restoration options.

Wind off the Point of the Mountain

Lehi sits right below the Point of the Mountain, where the wind squeezes between Salt Lake Valley and Utah Valley. On a breezy week that wind leaves a fine coat of dust on any window that faces it.

Many Lehi homes are two story houses with tall great room windows. I reach most upper glass from the ground with a water fed pole and pure water, so the glass dries clear without soap.

A lot of Lehi lawns are watered with the city pressurized irrigation system, and sprinkler overspray can leave white mineral spots on lower windows. Hard water stain removal is a separate add-on. If spots don't come off, I'll text you a photo and a quote first.
