The price includes removal of all organic debris from the windows, like pollen, dust, and bird droppings. Hard water spots are mineral deposits and usually don't come off with a normal cleaning. If hard water spots, paint, silicone or similar are found during service, you will be notified and we will discuss window restoration options.
Foothill homes with big views
Homes on the bench toward Battle Creek Canyon and Grove Creek often point their largest windows west, toward the lake. That glass takes the afternoon sun, so every water spot and streak shows by evening.
Near the historic downtown you will find older homes with more, smaller panes. Bay windows are common too, and my pane counting guide shows that a bay window counts as three.
If you want clear glass before family comes to town for Strawberry Days in June, the city celebration that goes back to the 1920s, book a few weeks ahead to get the start time you want.
