The price includes removal of all organic debris from the windows, like pollen, dust, and bird droppings. Hard water spots are mineral deposits and usually don't come off with a normal cleaning. If hard water spots, paint, silicone or similar are found during service, you will be notified and we will discuss window restoration options.
Open valley, lots of dust
With so much open ground and new construction all around, dust is part of life in Eagle Mountain. One windy afternoon can coat a whole side of a house.
Most homes here are newer builds with large windows facing the valley and the mountains. If your home is new, the price covers organic debris like dust and pollen. If I find paint or silicone on the glass, I will tell you first and we can talk about restoration options.
The parkway takes its name from the historic Pony Express Trail that crossed Cedar Valley, and that same open country is why the wind here never seems to stop for long.
